INGREDIENTS

Where do you buy your marshmallows?


We make all of our marshmallows from scratch and cut them into large squares as we believe it's one of the best components of a s'more!




How do you make marshmallows?


We can't give away our secrets, but we can tell you that we follow a candy making process.




Do you have any gluten-free options?


At our pop-up locations, we offer s'mores without the cookies. We toast up our yummy marshmallows and top them off with any ingredients you'd like. We do offer gluten-free oreos for catering events, these are made with gluten and nut free flour. There is an additional charge for gluten and nut free flour.




Where do you get your yummy graham crackers and oreo cookies?


We handmake all of our grahams and oreos from scratch!




Do your marshmallows contain gelatin?


Yes, currently our marshmallows are made with beef gelatin. We do offer kosher marshmallows for catering events, these are made with fish gelatin.

How often do you have pop-up events?


We offer pop-up events weekly. To stay up to date on our upcoming pop-up events visit our Pop-Up Events page. Please note that due to COVID-19, our pop-up events are on hiatus.




How much are your s'mores at pop-up events?


Our signature s'mores range from $8.00 - $8.50 that measure at 3.25" x 3.25" depending on the one your choose. We now offer s'more flights, which are $15 per flight and include 3 smaller taster size s'mores that measure at 2" x 2".




Do you have a storefront?


No, we currently do not operate a retail space or storefront, but we now have a permanent pop-up location at Smorgasburg where our s'more lovers can visit us every Sunday!





CATERING

What catering services do you offer?


We offer 4 catering service packages: Pop-Up S'mores Bar, MINI Pop-Up S'mores Bar, Self-Serve S'more Station & "Oopsie" Cone ice-cream bar. Get details on each of these services, visit our Catering Services page.




How far will you travel for catering?


Our pricing covers up to 20 miles of travel from Downtown Los Angeles (Zip Code 90021). We're willing to travel beyond the 20 miles for an additional $5 per mile, we travel as far as Utah, Nevada, Northern California and Arizona. Please note that events taking place outside 100 miles from 90021 have an additional charge. Send us an estimate request to get pricing.




Do you have a minimum requirement for catering?


Yes, we have a 100 person minimum for catering.




What's the difference between your pop-up bar and your mini pop-up bar?


The main difference is the size of the s'mores and flavors. The traditional pop-up bar includes the 3.25" x 3.25" s'mores along with 4 signature flavors to choose from. The mini pop-up bar includes the smaller s'mores measuring at 2" x 2" along with 4 signature flavors to choose from. Both include the wood bar and s'moreologist to blow torch the marshmallows.




Are you still offering catering services during the COVID-19 pandemic?


Yes, we are still able to offer our catering services during the COVID-19 pandemic.





COVID-19

What measures have you taken since the start of COVID-19?


We prep our products in a health department licensed commercial kitchen. We require our team to wear masks and gloves at all times. We sanitze surfaces throughout working to ensure cleanliness.




Are you still offering catering services during the COVID-19 pandemic?


Yes, we are still able to offer our catering services during the COVID-19 pandemic.




What will your team do to protect our guests at a catering event?


Our team will be wearing masks and gloves at all times from set-up to clean-up. We will change gloves regularly to ensure cleanliness. We will place sneeze guard glasses on our wood bar between guests and our team/product. The only exchange of between guests and our team is the handoff of the s'more at the end. We will provide hand sanitizer as well as moist towelette's for guests to stay clean.




Why aren't you offering the self-serve station during the COVID-19 pandemic?


We are not offering the self-serve station as the station is set-up as a dessert buffet.

Where do you ship?


We currenly offer shipping nationwide in the U.S.A.




Will you plan on offering international shipping soon?


We do hope one day to offer shipping internationally, but we would like to master national shipping first. Anything is possible!
